Due to Covid-19 Aberdeenshire Council are running a tailored school dinner menu with reduced options.  This can be found  here.  We will continue to update parents one when this will revert back to our usual menus.

It is the Authority’s policy to provide meals and facilities for the consumption of packed lunches in all schools where these are required.  Meals for P1-3 are free and provided by the Scottish Government.  Meals for P4-7 costs £2.50 per day.  All Aberdeenshire schools run a cashless payment system for school meals.  You can manage and top up your child’s account online.

More information about school meals including payment information can be found by clicking on this link to the Aberdeenshire Council website.

Children are provided with attractive menus to see what choices they have for lunch that week.  These are also displayed on a daily basis for our P1-4 class.  Please contact the school if you have not been provided with one of these.

As part of their Extreme Earth topic our p5-7 class have been learning about earthquakes. They were challenged to build strong buildings for ‘Jellyton’, a town in an area earthquakes are common- then they had to pass the jelly earthquake test!

A beautiful day for Forest Schools! Cooking bread on the fire, balancing and leaf printing. 😊🍂 @ForestSchools

Our Primary 7 learners have enjoyed working on transition activities provided by @alfordacademy this week! 😊

Great to see our pupils learning different skills at home when baking rhubarb crumble and cheese scones, growing onions and carrying out bike maintenance! 🚲🧅😊
